Another T23 track day

Dear TM3 members,

We\'re considering another track day in September at Shannonville Motorsport Park. Would you guys prefer Sept 24th (Saturday evening) or 25th (Sunday evening)??

same Full Long track ($75) but Fabi ($45) is also under consideration. Fabi is about half of the size of the full long track.

Thanks and please let us know which day and track would you prefer.

id be up for either day....i would think stick with the long track, its less congestion on the track...

Can someone list out what goes on during a whole session at one of these events? ie. sign in/register, line up in queue, go 5 laps, back into pit to cool down or whatever, back out for another 5 laps, etc. etc.?

EDIT: if my choice counts, I\'d prefer Saturday 24th of September.

tires23 taktes care of all teh registration...all u do is sign a waiver, and wear a wristband...
park your car in pit lane...go out do a few laps, come in chill and repeat as many times as u want...i found it to be very physical, so a few laps wore me our personally...

Basically it was all set up as bubba says. Go out as long and often as you like depending on how hard you drive your car. Most of the time I was out for 4-5 laps and then in to let my crappy tires cool and get a much needed breather (wow much respect for real race car drivers doing 100 laps). It was good this time cause there were only 20-25 cars there so spacing on the track was good as not everybody was out at the same time. You could go out and not have any cars in front or behind you.

It\'s especially fun when you go out in a group and play follow the leader! Damn it was hard keeping up with Adam!

I\'m In. Either day is fine with me. But as for the track. ?? I would stay with Long Track.

Fabi Is partly the front half of the long track(See video in Pics+vids)... I found that the Speed and Challenge of the long track AWSOME!! Watch some of those tight corners... but still lots of room to wind out the 3

for the record though, in reply to the original topic, i would prefer saturday evening(?) and long track.... although, as a non-3 member, im not sure if that has any bearing on the decision.. lol.. i\'ll just go with the flow whatever the decision is...:) -- and even at that, im not even sure if i can go yet... hopefully i can go..

No probs BangHatch. I\'m 100% sure you can go. Tires23 is just getting cars from all over to meet the 25 count (or less?). You just gotta contact Tires23 to pay them first ... once the date is set of course.

From what I understand from The fine gentlemen at Tires23 is that September is pretty much a NO-Go as the majority of time slots are already taken. Getting track time for 2 hours is not worth it.
They are looking into October now for dates.
If I am wrong in any of this please correct any of the above statements.
