This is the first time I had people sitting in the back sit and found out the right rear power window switch doesn\'t work. I just got my car tinted (50% all around) at FX auto last week (great service, definitely recommend them). My 05 sport GT is less than a month old and I have no idea if the power window switch worked at delivery.
For those of you who got your windows tinted, do you know if they take your door panels off? If this is the case then it may be just the case that they forgot to plug the power wires/harness to the power window switch.

Is the window not operating with both switches (i.e. the one on the door and the master switch at the drivers door)? Make sure that child safety button is not activated on the drivers door. It is quite possible that the plug is no longer connected, and it is a breeze to correct. There are a number of step by step intructions on removing the door panels, and once done, you literally just click the plug back into place. The whole thing should take under 10 minutes.

The window works with the master switch. The other switch are aslo working, so it is most likely the the the connector is unplugged. If the door panel comes off that easily I will give it a try and take it apart and see. Thanks PSIVIC.

The rear windows work when operated with the master switch? But they dont work when they are tried being operated by the back window swithces? Then it sounds like the child saftey feature switch like PSIVIC said; try that before you start taking door panels apart http://www.clicksmilies.com/s0105/sprachlos/speechless-smiley-020.gif

When the child-proof master is ON, none of the windows switches should work. I tried it after taking it to FX Auto, because they told me not to operate the windows for 5 days for the water to dry.
I think there a problem with the switch at the back like PSIVIC said.

I brought my 3 to FX auto this morning. Martin was nice enough to look into the problem right away. He couldn\'t find any problem with wiring/connections. He suspect is a problem with the switch itself. I guess I will get the dealer to look at it when I take it for its 8K service.
