got the Prolumen HID\'s installed...having issues with how the bulb sits in the housing.
the beam pattern was kinda funky last night...it was like the driver side was pointing to the right and the passenger side pointing to the left. basically, it seemed like they are crossing each other.
i re-seat the bulbs in this order: bulb > foam ring > retaining clip > weather seal. the bulb is sitting on the notch properly.
will find out when it gets dark if it made a difference.
i also lost my highbeams. i use chaser\'s method to bypass DRL. is this suppose to lose highbeams as well? checked the fuse box in the engine bay but can\'t find anything for highs, no blown fuse anywhere. when all lights are off and just flash the highbeams, it works but not when lights are on and just switch to highbeam.
