you will feel next to nothing with a front strut tower bar on a 3.

any exaggerated effects are purely placebic.

Great looking eye candy at a minimum.

I know it\'s not entirely transferrable, but I had a strut brace on the Miata and it did wonders. It was a cheap low end bar too. But I swear I could tell the suspension was a lot less jittery going over potholes.

With a hardtopped car like the 3, and the strut towers so close to the firewall, the results may not be as noticeable. Nonetheless, in extreme driving I think strut and undercar braces would be great additions.

The front strut tower brace does serve a purpose. Mk, it definatley wont be as big a difference as the Rear bar from progress. The front mount is there to help the shocks and sprigns stay in place and do tehir work the way they were intended to. The mount stops the shock and spring from moving at all, helping the shocks do the work. at higher speeds 110kph and up, there is a difference. take a on ramp and response is improved. there is also the eye candy factor. i took a on ramp (upper gage and the Linc) in hamilton toward upper paradise at 135-140kph. Its a half a on ramp but still it was fast. My brother in my older spec v was lost behind but caught up on the straight. Front and rear bars together are a GREAT mod, now if i could only have the time to get my springs and MS Shocks in. Im sure it\'ll handle a little better.
