Who here has waited ALL DAY for UPS to show up and the F***K\'N PR**K\'s didn\'t!!!

Raise your hands.... Thought so.

How the Hell can they say it is on the truck and is guaranteed to be delivered by 8pm?? And it dosen\'t show!!!! I waited a whole goddam day... My holidays to boot:(
I even called.. Twice! They were supposed to call me back and give me a status... did they? NOPE!

Concord (Depot location) is 20 minutes away... The driver couldn\'t make it here?? WTF!!!!

The second time I called they were kind enough to point out that it will be delivered tomorrow, WTF does that mean... it was supposed to be delivered today... I have to wait around ALL DAY tomorrow until buddy shows up? F\'N Retreads!!!!!!!!!!! An entire day of UPS lying to me, Yippee!! And what happens.... nothing. So what! Nothing you can do about it. Guarenteed means nothing for the person waitung all day for there package. GRRRRRR!!!

OK... anyway.. Now I got to start calling tomorrow morning to make sure that they take it off as*hole\'s van becuase I am going to pick it up. Now I have to drive down to get it anyway. I ain\'t waiting all day for Jerk-off to show up... I\'m sure it\'ll be last thing in the day...

What a World class organization UPS is. They make it easy for companies to ship... but who gives a shit about the guy/gal waiting for his performance import products

sorry to hear the troubles SABIO - they did that to me once a couple of years ago and now I avoid them whenever I have a choice. Not like FedEx is that much better though..

Never had any problems with any of the parcel service. If its a small manageable package just send it to your work address and pick it up at work, when there\'s alot of people around to sign for it.

ya, I had my own fight with UPS when I was ordering hte sound deadening. They claim they tried my apartment but noone answered(not possible, as I was home all day, and hand the phone beside me all day). So they looked in their system and saw my sister once had a package sent to her old work. so without consulting or telling me(I only found out when I called to check on tracking again), they delivered to the \"alternate address\"...

Thats what I always have to do.

I just got back from the depot... I left a pick-up request last night.
I wait inside for 5 minutes becuase no one is there... A chick tells me it is there and she will get it... she comes back 10 miutes later and says it\'s on the truck, she will find it... and guess what... 10 minutes later she comes back and says the truck left already........
it will be delivered today she says... LOL whatever, thats what they said yesterday. She got my name and number and said a supervisor will call me... LOL whatever, thats what they said yesterday.

So...sitting around...all day again today... ho-hum... great vacation...

I have called twice myself in the last 6 hours... so far I have been told a total of 5 times a supervisor will call. They asked me if I wanted to register a *Concern with the depot in question.
Damn Straight I want to register a *Concern. Now someone *Has* to call me back (by end of Monday) ??WTF???

Called the shipper too.. They are not happy (i.e pissed) Seems like they are serious about customer service... they are gonna raise hell too with UPS...

Hey... What do You Know. No delivery from UPS! But... Got in touch with a lead customer service guy who tried to arrange a pick-up tonite... No Luck :( But... He logged a formal complaint for me under his name... and if it was the same guy who didn\'t deliver the package both days... he\'s fired!!!! All the trucks were back at the depot just after 7pm..go figure it\'s friday... but he had until 8pm to deliver... so he has no excuse to not have delivered it...

I HOPE HIS ASS IS TOAST WHOEVER THIS GUY IS.... And I am getting a call from head office as well on Monday, they have my work number... HEADS WILL ROLL HEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHHH
