I\'m pretty sure it\'s water, I\'m just wondering if it\'s just A/C condensation,
or it\'s really leaking from somewhere.

I was letting the a/c run for a bit while I let the car cool off \'cause it was
parked in the sun all day. Anyways, I was sittin back on a bench havin a smoke when
I noticed something dripping from underneath. It was dripping at a very fast rate
and a puddle formed pretty quickly and ran right to the back of the car.

The plate it\'s drippin from is just behind and inside of the front passenger wheel.
There\'s a couple of hoses coming from there, so I just want to make sure it\'s
not those that are leaking.

Thanks,

Ray

if you had your AC running, most likely it is water condensing.

best way to tell is to feel it...rub it against your fingers and see what the consistency is like.

it was clear and odorless, and had the consisency of water,
I figured it was water, but there was sooo much of it!
and it was dripping so fast! the car had only been on for like 2 mins!

would there be anything the would leak water?

Ray

P.S.
thanks for the quick reply

It\'s the mother alien hiding in your engine bay!

It\'s the A/C condensation. The only other liquid close to that physical appearance/texture would be windshield washer fluid but that usually has a colour to it and slight smell as well. Nice pics BTW :D

no probs :)

humidity today was quite high....ambient temp of 23C that felt like 34C with the humidex... with all that moisture in the air, it\'s not too surprising that it all condensed that quickly.

If the A/C is on and it\'s a hot humid day and I didn\'t see water dripping under the car I would be concerned. If not going onto the ground where is it going?

I had that today and freaked me out a bit. But I figured it was the AC causing the condensation, texture looked like water and ran like water.
