I drive a standard, sometimes when I\'m driving I could feel that the car is shaking a little bit. Didn\'t know what it was so I put it in neutral and stepped on the gas pedal, as the rpm goes up, noticed that when it reaches 2000rpm, the car shakes, and if you keep on accelerating pass that point it doesn\'t shake anymore, then you eas-up on the gas pedal and let the rpm fall, and again, when it reaches 2000rpm, you can feel the car shake again. Anyway else having this problem?

possible explanation:
according to my high school physics... this would likely be the resonant frequency of ur car.
at around 2000 rpm ur engine probably produces a frequency that is at the harmonic of the specific material used in the car, causing it to resonate (shake).
on a separate note, i did start a thread about rough idling, which isn\'t at 2000rpm altho u mite wanna take a look here (http://torontomazda3.com/forum/read.php?TID=3213)

You can feel it on all mazda 3s. One guy tried to get mazda to repair it but they were unable to.
