Hi all

I\'m new to the forum. Wanted to say the Mazda 3 handles well for it\'s price range.

Got a co-worker who wants to do a CASH deal on a

2006 Mazda 3 GT automatic with NO OTHER option
Color > Carbon Grey.

We did do a search and read a lot of post and this Jeff name came up, who is Jeff?

Any other Mazda salesperson on this site interested in making a sale here?

Has anyone got the winter package (rims/winter tire) from the dealership?

Jeff is the business manager at Avante Mazda (goes by the handle \"TheBiz\" here on the board). We just purchased our second MZ3 from him and are currently waiting for it. Awesome guy to deal with.

Edit: Damnit, Ami beat me to it!

Hello,
newb here, wife wants a red 2006 GT sport with AC, Auto and moonroof, anyone have an idea of what type of price I should be paying?? What have other people paid for their cars?

Your best bet would be to price one out on Mazda.ca, then contacting a dealer (Jeff/Avante perhaps ;) ) and see what they \"offer\".

whats cash deal? is that pay whatever the deal comes out to all at once? Would there be a further special discount if we pay this way rather than finance or lease?

cash as in.. NOT cc, NOT financing, NOT free, NOT trade, NOT your unborn child.. just good old cash.. :)

ps. usually it\'s a certified cheque or a bank draft.. i really wanted to bring in a briefcase full of $5s but that would have taken forever to count/complete the deal :p

No laughing... I once had to count $26500 in $20s!! It does happen.

that would be 1325 pcs of paper, ehh, $20 bills. how much time you spent to count them??:D

I really doubt cash deal will have more discount than finance, I may be wrong, cause dealership still recieve the money at once, we only deal w/ bank for financing.

It depends on who you are financing with.....if it\'s through your own bank (or anyone other than Mazda), you are sort of buying the whole car outright as far as Mazda sees it, so it would also qualify for a cash deal. The bonus of doing it that way is they knock off something like $750 extra!

There are three ways to buy a car:

Cash: or certified cheque etc.. and almost always gets you a \'cash incentive\' $850 on a 2006 Mazda3 or $3500 on a 2005 MPV..

Finance: Through BNS at a \'subvented\' rate.. 4.9% 5.9%..

Lease:.... is a lease.
