How do you remove that plastic floormat clip?

I just picked up some premium winter mats from Costco... anywho, does anyone know how to remove that plastic floormat holder clip (located on the driver side).

Its a philips screw, just use the philips screwdriver and remove. The retainer clip below it is just a simple lift from a flat head screwdriver. Just lift up and remove the metal bracket.

That\'s the metal on that holds the capetted floor mats. If you want to remove the plastick clip (the one that holds the All Weather mats), try using flat head screwdriver to (carefully) pry the clip apart.
