was browsing around on the net and found this...
It\'s a Momo Manual Shifter Knobs - Tomahawk Alcantara - Chrome with Black or Blue Alcantara
Prince is about 84.99-94.99 plus shipping...what ya\'ll think?...for those who drive standard ;)
I wanted to post the pics but i\'ll have to give you a link instead...won\'t let me put them up for some reason.

Nice and simple, although cold in the morning. :(
Personally, I\'m not a fan of \"anatomic\" shifters, I like round ones, hence my choice above. $90US seems kind of high, check Pacific Mall, they should have them cheaper there.

Thanks bluntman for doing that mod. Its easier if the pics show up...I like yours, Was the install straightforward?

The installation was very easy, the MOMO knob comes with plastic spacers for different sized shafts and there are three screws that keep it from moving around. The craftsman ship in these knobs is very nice, nice heft and very nice materials...worth every penny! MOMO has a round one like mine but either half or all of it wrapped in leather (I think it\'s call Air Leather).

Interesting... so do you still have some of those screws left from ur momo shift knob? I kinda lost mine... :(

My friend gave me one from a used car he bought. It\'s the all black leather. It\'s missing the screws. Does anybody want to buy it? My wife doesn\'t like it on our car & I have no idea how to make it fit. You\'ll need new spacers(rubber) & maybe the screws.

One bad thing. Very cold in the morning. Good for auto but not too good for standard. :)

Very close. It does have the two silver strips in the middle. The momo logo is a little smaller & the circles on top are also smaller. Is this one yours?

I\'m starting to like it more. Does anyone know where I can get new bushings & set screws? I tried FMP & The Parts Store on Midland. No luck:(

You may try Home Depot for the bushing. Get something close and trim to fit your need. Or I\'ve a few bushings (different size than the one I\'m using) left; PM me if you want to try them. Good luck :)

They also had a brushed aluminum version to match the AT surround and the hand brake, but I opted for this since the shaft was polished.

Did you use the correct size of rubber insert?
BTW, it looks taller than stock shift knob. No suprise if it sits higher.

What I did was cut off the end to leave it open ended. This way I can slide it further down the shaft. It looks wack sitting high.

Cut the shift a little bit until you are comfortable with its height...that\'s the reason why I bought a ball shaped knob.

It\'s quite similar to the one you\'re looking at, but with a \"cut out\" or two...

You can probably clip a whole bunch of gas receipts under that thing or use it as a bottle opener. :D
