MODELS and CARS WANTED

Hey everyone.

I am currently looking for FREE models (like your gfs/wives) and MAZDA ONLY CARS. My prefference is the MZ3 for this.
I am going to be working on a very cool up coming project. :D

Fine, fine, don\'t ask me why we did this but we did. I recently came from my cousin\'s wedding and decided to take some pictures of the car since I haven\'t in awhile. I asked my GF to be my Import Model and she agreed. :p :D Of course I had to pose for one too so here it is.

OK GUYS... here is what I have in mind.
There is still plenty of time to get this going, so BE POSSITIVE.
All you have to do is say yes, and I’ll do allllll the work…

I would love to get a Mazda 3 calendar made, and done in time for x-mas...
Maybe Sell them for $10 each, and get club sponsors to advertise in it. This way it raises some $$ to get the cost brought down, and left over $$ is set a side for the club. PLUS we could even propose this idea to Avante Mazda, as it could be something that potential Mazda buyers could receive when they come in. This also gives the club more promotion. I can draft up a proposal this weekend to have ready to go.

The calendars can feature meet dates, other important club dates or even car shows.

My thoughts - as this has been pitched to a few other clubs and received WELL by them

The club holds a contest where members post pics of their cars. Cars can be both stock or have some MODS. Get the members of the site to vote on which cars they would like to see in the calendar. Voting duration of a week.

Winners will have their cars photographed for the calendar.

Here is the tricky part.... This part is still up for discussion.
Winners can have one of their gf/wives/bf’s/husbands or friends pose with the cars IF they like.
The other suggestion is….
I can\'t afford to hire models so girls/guys can also post pics of themselves and we can vote on whom should pose with the cars.

I love this idea, and I am driven enough to get all the pics done in a mth. There is nadda the members of this site have to do except post pics, and be supportive.

I like the idea of a group picture for the cover.

Getting girls to pose may be difficult. Plus if it\'s to be distributed at a dealership, they may just want pics of cars. Some clients may be offended by pics of girls posing with the cars.

If we do this soon. I\'d like to have my car in there. That would be cool :)

I think this is a GREAT way to promote our club and shed the negative rep clubs get!

guys/girls don\'t need to pose in thongs/gstrings for the calendar to be successful.. as long as we can build in a sense of community into the pictures (say the group shot) then we\'re good to go..

besides you want a variety of pictures so that everyone who picks up a calendar can relate - everything from a 16yo who just got their first brand spanking new car, some car buff showcasing the car, maybe a family with kids in the booster seats, some hardcore biker with his/her MTB in the hatch or a true camper with a trunk full of gear.. lets not forget that hot nurse in her skimpy outfit making sure the car is feeling ok :) **oops.. got carried away** :p

And maybe under each monthly pic, have a line or 2 about the car and driver.

I\'m a bit hesitant about putting people in the pics though to be honest, cause I know if I were to walk into a dealership and got offered/sold this calender I wouldn\'t want to be looking at a bunch of random people........the cars yes, but the owners too seems strange to me. If it was just for us then I would think it\'s okay.

it\'s NOT going to be a random generic calendar you buy at wal-mart. it\'s representative of the TM3 community, so why not show the proud owner of the car?
