Tokyo, Japan – Mazda will showcase its world premiere of the SENKU concept vehicle at the 39th Tokyo Motor Show, which begins October 19. The SENKU, a four-seater rotary sports car, features an ultra-long wheelbase, minimal overhang, large tires, and electric sliding doors. Its direct-injection gasoline rotary engine with hybrid unit is located between the front and rear axles for a 50:50 front/rear weight distribution and low centre of gravity. The name \"Senku\" is Japanese for \"pioneer\", which Mazda says depicts its spirit of pursuing unique and exciting ventures

I think Mazda should work on fixing the quality and reliability issues first before trying to build new models that may not sell.

Your looking at the next \"3\" .... say in about 3 years. Love the minimal LED headlamps and the frenched in door handles. No reliability problems here - maybe yours was built on Feb 29th!:D
