Build Date Question

Pardon my ignorance guys ..(and girls), how do I check the build date on a Mazda3.
I\'ll be picking mine up in two weeks, but want to know how to check the build date. Is this part of the VIN ?

I don\'t remember talking to you... Where\'d you buy?

Btw the build date will be within the sticker located on the inside of the driver\'s side door jam.

Good memory - yes, I said east of Toronto ( Pickering/Ajax). I know this is not Ajax Mazda3 Club, but what the heck, I\'m close enough eh ?
