Yes it is... but when APC and others started copying the taillight style for every other car, the lights became widely known as "Altezzas". So he's referring to the general style of a chrome housing with red circles in it rather than to the actual IS300.

Even the IS300 now looks kinda ghetto, just because all the ricer's ruined the look. :(

Sorry 3gfx didn't want to get to close to the car as the guy was walking towards the car... but around the rear quarters he's got rivets into the bumper to hold it on.. hence the JDM comment... like they have on the fender flares for the supra's and ae86's

1. I thought the spoiler was larger than it actually was (the bus shelter blended with the spoiler so I couldn't tell at first where it began and where it end)
