how much air pressure do you guys put into your winter tires?? I just filled my tires up to 35 PSI yesterday because I misunderstood this faq..

I was thinking of lowering it down to 32 but I just want to see what you guys are running at.. thanks..

I keep mine at 32, but any lower on dry highway and they felt shifty. Try 32, and see how it feels and sounds. BTW, I have Pirelli Ice Cravings.

thanks for the reply.. I\'ll try out 35 PSI for a bit and see how it holds up..

Tire pressure changes when temperature changes. I think every 4-5 degrees drop will make the tire pressure to drop 1 psi. You should monitor the psi and adjust accordingly.

so even when the temperature reaches below zero my tire pressure will continue to drop?? man, I thought it stay where it is at now since I filled it up last nite when it was like 0 degrees.. damn, I didn\'t know the tire pressure could drop even more when the temp drops below zero..
damn.. I have no indoor shelter.. it\'s too hard to check tire pressure in a middle of a blizzard..

download the file i made here (http://torontomazda3.com/forum/read.php?TID=2008#53138) and it calculates the pressure as the tire warms up/cools down :)
