looking at a lease but interest rates..

why does mazda have basically bankrates for lease? most car companys ive been to lately offer around 4 and below. mazda is the only one that has a 7.9 rate. i can actually get 7.75 from TD. does anyone know of any bank lease rates lower than mazdas?

Mazda usually has lower rates, but you have to understand that the 2006\'s just came out and the rates are always higher when the new model years is released. If you can wait a bit the rates will go down.

when i signed on January of 2005, the finance rate was 5.9% (48 months)... When my car arrived in Febuary, the rates went down to 2.9 (for 48 months). I know you are interested in leasing, but my point is, the rates will go down, probably sooner rather than later. I can only suggest to be a little patient (maybe wait the extra month for the car.)

yea, i still have to sell my car anyways. ill see what mazda does for the rates. for 48 month lease its 7.60. id like it below 5 :P
