My front passenger Tire was vandalized and was left useless. Called airport mazda and Joe ( MOT ) but the tires were on back order ( Toyo Proxes ). Finally able to locate one at Westowne Mazda. Talked to Service Manager there and he refused the Club discount before i can blink my eye lid. I came across Niki and in told him what happened and he went to the service department and sanctioned the 10% discount, no questions asked.
Any issues at Westowne Mazda, Niki is the Go to guy

why does the service manager blow you off and then Niki says its ok...not great communication between the club and the servic dept if one hand is saying no and the other yes...

because the service department is stupid. they just got rid of their old department, which was a lot better. i\'ve already told niki that his service department is getting a bad rap, basically because they suck.. yes suck:p

why does the service manager blow you off and then Niki says its ok...
According to him, there is not much margin in tires and hence no discount. The service manager was well aware of out TORONTOMAZDA3 forums but he thought he can pull a fast one on me.

He\'s right on the margin part. There is not much mark-up when it comes to tires.
