Service at Wheels Direct Sucks!

I ordered a set of tires on Monday and had made an appointment to get them installed today, but little did I know that when I got there, the sales dork told me they didn\'t have it anymore. Then he tried to sell me some low grade ones for the same money.

I think they should at least call me to let me know and give me the options to choose instead have me take a day off and get no tires of my choice.

Shame on you Wheels Direct, and here I come Tire23.

That sucks, but sounds about right....I had a bad experience with them years ago that prevented me from buying a set of aftermarket rims and tires from them.....thank God.

Tires23 gave me a better and more professional impression also compared to Wheels Direct.
