Find a classroom with a blackboard.
For rote learning, keep on writing what you need to memorize. Don\'t know whether you can bring in cheat sheets for all of your classes, but if not, create one and then keep reproducing it on the blackboard. Then it\'ll become etched in your brain like a photograph.
For conceptual learning, explain all of the concepts on the chalkboard if you were explaining it to a class. If you can\'t explain it, you don\'t understand it.

get a good night\'s sleep and wake up really early, and start studying almost immediately. you\'ll remember more shit that way.

Wow nice idea i should try that myself. I have problems studying as well thanks.
I remember my teacher said this to me in highschool. Don\'t memorize it. Know and understand it.
Memorizing will only last for a short period of time but knowledge will be always with you.

I find it easier to take scrap paper (can even take it from the recycle bins at school) and repeatedly keep writing out what u need to remember.. ie, facts and stuff.. after a few minutes move on and do the same thing with the next thing u need to remember.. after a few minutes go back and try to repeat what u just wrote (both facts).. move on and repeat.. in the end be sure u can remember everything or mostly everything.. it\'s good to memorize word for word but be sure u understand the material.. also, be sure to recycle the paper when u\'r done.. :D
I find it easier to study at home.. sure u have a lot of distractions but u need some breaks here and there.. it might be harder in a public area cuz u might tend to stare at other ppl or things.. and when I say other ppl I mean the pretty girls (or guys; whatever u\'r in to).. :p plus, if u see ppl u know u end up talking too much.. at least when u\'r at home u can control how much u goof off.. and u don\'t have to waste time travelling and going to buy food and end up losing ur table..
i know.. stop playing your css and stop trying to court susan =DDDDDD and focus on school

saow pay
OT(lol): forgot to mention i do that, and thats the best thing that works so far. repeatitive stuff get stuck in brain easy, but then it gets boring (unconditioned stimulus turns into conditioned and effects wear off = bordem) lol
thanks fo rthe tips, time to fail economics101101010101011010111

lol
i find that the method i choose to study with depends on the content of the course that i am taking!
the basic thing to note, is that, if u can teach it! u know it!
so, learn it by going thru ur notes and memorizing what needs to be (lets face it, sometimes it is just a matter of memorization)
but writing things down is key, if u go thru ur notes once or twice this way, u will be ready for phase 2
get 2gether with a few classmates (serious ones) and explain shit to each other!
well thats my take on it!
it works for me, though i don\'t do a lot of phase 2 anymore!
but trust me yo, i am like a professional student!
