My New Year\'s resolution is to use my credit card a lot less and pay cash as much as I can.

why? that is the worst thing ever ..

think of all the perks you get with a cc.. 90 day theft protection.. 2% cashback/points.. doubling the warranty up to a year.. deferred payment .. etc etc.. just keep tabs on your spendings, pay it on time and you\'ll be fine..

EDIT: i use cash if i really _HAVE TO_ .. i\'ve paid for 89cent gum with CC.. meh.. actually lol.. one time i went to the bulk store and bought ONE jelly bean with my CC.. it cost me $0.02 :D

make more $$$ (parttime job anyone?:D )
don\'t spend too much (but I can\'t stop it)
be more healthier (who care when you get tons of nice food in front)

I worked up enough Aeroplan points for 2 return flights to Hawaii using my CIBC CC in just under 2 yrs.

Mind you, I did have a lot of expenses for the house, furnace, reno\'s etc.....and I, like majic use the card for pretty much everything I ever bought in those 2yrs

I don\'t have a problem using my credit card...it\'s just...I don\'t really want to pay them. :D

I think the only credit card of mine that will get a workout is the PetroCanada Mastercard that will give me 2c/L off right at the pump.
