I have been having a little issue with my 3 for a while. I decided to bring my 3 to Mazda of Toronto for the first time to see what they would say and what they could do for me. Well to make a long story short, both Joe and Vincent came through for me in a big way. They assessed my problem and fixed it with no hassle.

I just wanted to say that my first visit to Mazda of Toronto was a great experience and I look forward to more visits there. Both the Parts and Service department are first class.

Glad to hear you \'problem\' got resolved. I too have had nothing but good experiences there, and that includes dealing with the infamous Stanley, who some say was lousy. He has been just as good as Vincent IMO.

Well, I add my review to this post. I had my car in MoT to be fixed for rattles. Great service.

Thanks guys for your exclellent service there.

By the way, they have washed my car. Thanks a lot for that. :D

I forgot to add that I got my touch up paint too. Much better than brush touch-ups.

Had my windshield replaced yesterday by Mazda of Toronto - excellent service. Red carpet treatment all the way from the parts department (Quaterbacked by Flipspeed) and the service advisor Stanley. Thanks guys and keep up the good job.

MoT has been pretty good everytime i go there for service. Even that stanley guy doesn\'t seem that bad. lol last time i brought my car in to check if there was somthing wrong, this chinese mechanic drove the car into the garage and gave me \"the eye\", then he whispered somthing to stanley.. u guys think they voided my warranty just cause my car is lowered?

lol no idea~~ its like how when some retard almost crashes into you, then you just give them the eye and finger or wateve ryou do :p

Met Joe when I went to pick up my paint pen. He was a real cool guy... I talked to him for a bit and SpeedyG was there showing off his new flip key.

Went there today to pick up a couple oil filters. Joe as usual very nice. Spoke with Jeff in his new digs. Those two guys are way to nice....
I hate going to places with nice people...always makes me feel like I have to buy something:D
