Okay I know its been kinda said that there is no available online source for Canadian TSB\'s.
But I\'m curious if one was to contact Mazda Canada are they obliged to provide you with the TSB\'s for the Canadian market? Has anyone tried?

Good question.
What\'s your \"issue\"? Is there an American TSB for it?
If so, why not just go ahead and call MoC? See what they say to you.

A few times I called MoC with certain issues and they did not give me any info. Said I would have to go through a dealer. As the dealer did not know or would not admit to knowing anything about this or that \"issue\" it was a very frustrating sort of Catch22 thing which is why I have been so concerned about TSBs in Canada. I mean if a dealer says there is no Cndn TSB for this or that \"issue\" we are pretty much at their mercy that they are telling us the truth aren\'t we?

A couple of other times though, MoC did help me out. First time was the PO128 CEL. Because of the \"net\" I knew there was a software \"fix\" available for this. The whole FN world knew about it except my dealer, Gauthier Mazda in Winnipeg. Every week or so I\'d call them and see if they knew about the new software yet. They never did. Finally, exasperated with Gauthier, I called MoC, explained to them the run around I was having with Gauthier, and MoC confirmed that Yes there was software to fix this issue in Canada and had been for quite some time. MoC then actually called Gauthier and TOLD them about the \"fix\". Unfortunately for me, Gauthier must not have taken real kindly to me calling MoC on them. Because once Gauthier went out of business (rumour has it Mazda closed them down) and I went to the dealer in Steinbach, Man., I found out that according to them oil changes, the PO128 \"fix\", the Air Bag seat sensor recall thing, the engine shroud thing, and a few other things I can\'t recall offhand, all of which Gauthier had supposedly done for me-were not done. So I\'m not sure giving MoC your dealer\'s name is such a good idea particularly if you plan on going back to them. That being said I\'m sure that Gauthier was the exception not the rule.

More recently I called the dealer in ThunderBay to see if they knew about the software to \"fix\" the harsh 1>2 shift shock \"issue\" in the 2.3 ATX. They said they did. When I got to ThunderBay to have this taken care of (4 hours one way) they then said they didn\'t know anything about it and couldn\'t help me. So I turned around and went home. I was quite pissed at the dealer in TB over this so called MoC and explained this one to them also. At this time MoC did confirm there was software for the shift shock.

Seems when I plead my cases with MoC..if it involves dealer incompetence and me being one very and rightfully angry customer I\'m able to get some info from them.

Is MoC obliged to give us TSB info? I don\'t know. I doubt it. Will they give us TSB info? On occasion they have to me.

BTW...if you call MoC have your VIN # handy. They just about always ask.

Well its the issue about the vibration at 55mph (~90km/h)
I\'ve been having it for a long time now. Mountain Mazda has been great so far to me since I switched from Ontario Mazda (ever since they left two bolts holding my tires); anyways... short story. I just want to be \'prepared\' because I had to \'fight\' with Ontario Mazda about \"US\" TSB\"s one was the rattle in the door that I\'ve been complaining about since I drove the car off their lot and second was the squeaky clutch pedal.
However last time when I was in for an oil change I mentioned that I had rough idle and they ran a ECU update (service advisor told me their was a TSB for it) but now I\'m 100% sure it is the engine mounts that need to be updated because it VIBRATES REALLY BAD and I do a lot of highway driving.

I\'m guessing your last oil change was at Mountain Mazda and it was the service advisor there who did the ECU update for you?
If so, have you contacted THEM since the update and let them know it still vibrates? See what they have to say.
Have you heard of anyone in GTA getting engine mounts replaced under warrantee? HAS ANYONE IN GTA HAD ENGINE MOUNTS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTEE? C\'MON FOLKS, LEND A HAND HERE. ANYONE...ARE THE ENGINE MOUNTS A TSB IN CANADA??? There is one in the States for \"Engine Vibration/No. 3 engine mount rubber broken.\"

MAZDA kitten...I know what you mean when you say you want to be \"prepared\". If Mountain Mazda says they can\'t help you and if no one here knows anything about this being a Canadian TSB, I wouldn\'t hesitate to call MoC, tell them your story, and see what happens.

OKay well they denied to warranty my car because of aftermarket springs
But they verified for me that there is a TSB to replace engine mounts and after they denied my warranty claim they handed me a MazdaSpeed parts catalog

Are you kidding me MazdaKitten

I talked to Mazda the other day and they said that warranty would not be voided with aftermarket parts. but they said that there would be certain parts that may be affected. they also said that anything mazdaspeed that is purchased and installed by mazda will be fully warrantied. that is good except for the fact that mazdaspeed parts are 15 to 30 percent more in cost. maybe i will suck it up.
