Functional, yet fahionable. Performance with a hint of frugality (i swear it\'s a real word)

Thats a good choice as well. When you\'re ordering them tell me. I want to order a set of endlinks. I want to save some money on shipping. :D

I say go for the brakes and pocket the remainder. Since we\'re heading into spring the days are getting longer and you\'ll not need the HID\'s quite as much as if we were just heading into winter.

Ya. Your right... Man it hurt to say that
I should have picked up hids for the winter...oh well...
I am going to hit 30K by the end of the month, I\'m going to need rear brakes.
Maybe I\'ll actually get the 24K service for $200 :) and do my brakes....

My tax return should be pretty good since I invest a lot on RRSPs, but at most, I may just get a set of HIDs. I am going to put the rest in the bank since I took a lot of money out to buy the car.

well unfortunately, I myself am NOT at all good with money.
I never seem to get around to doing that RRSP stuff.
and I never seem to learm my lesson each year!
I\'ll probly end up owing $3G again:(

If I do get money back... hmmm
HIDs vs. downpayment for house/wedding.
i\'ve always wanted HIDs........:D

Save it for the house. On my MR2, I have wasted so much money, it\'s ridiculous. One of my biggest regrets. A car depreciates, but while a house appreciates.

I love being a university student ! Looks like im in for a 1500- 2G payback from the government !

Im not too sure if you\'ve kept up with one of the other threads Flip, but i want that CAI :)

AHAHAH sabio, you sold off your other aftermarket parts only to purchase more. I could have sworn you were stripping your car of all its mods :p I would go for the brakes, more funcionality than HIDS . HIDS are cool and all, but like psivic said .. summer is right around the corner.

With summer also comes more camping/cottage/fishing/road-trips and the like, meaning (possibly) more time on the roads during the night - where having HIDs over regular headlights is purely a safety benefit.

EDIT: this post is only in response to Chinster\'s comments about HIDs. Being at 29K tho, for SABIO, I\'d go for the new brakes as well.

That sounds like about $450

It might be more beneficial for your dad to claim your tuition under his taxes, more money back possibly ? I know thats what my dad does .. then he give me back the money :p
