Will the Volvo S40 shocks fit our cars?
this sites (http://www.bilsteinshocks.com/bilstein/html/show_shocks.asp?make=\'MAZDA\'&model=\'Mazda%203\' &year=\'2005\') listing shocks for our cars is actually for the volvo S40 (http://www.bilstein.com/mistore/partnumber_searchf.php?partnumber=VE3-B074-H0+&compid=100484&dealer=no&part%23=FIND)

So I\'m asking will it fit? On the bilstein site, I can\'t find any mazda 3 shocks.

Well considering FoMoCo makes the same parts for both the Mazda 3 and the S40 it\'s a good chance that they share the same shocks. Same part numbers usually give it away.:p

Bilsteinshocks.com do\'nt have the rear ones for our cars. And the bilstein.com one have both the rear and the front. So you\'re saying theres a chance that i can use the S40 rear shocks for our cars? Is the S40 using modify macpherson for the back?

Not 100% sure I\'ll have to check with my Volvo boys.

The email i got from Bilstein stated that the shocks should be around @250 each.
If you search Bilstein you\'ll find my thread

You could always call Bilstein and ask them if they will fit. Best way to get an answer is to call the company that makes a product. Thats why they have Tech lines.
