Oh the A/T knob has been available since the 04 models. Available in Blue/silver and Red/silver. Also shown is the parking brake upgrade.

A/T knob:

I bought one for my car and I love it. I would prefer if the shifter knob height was a little taller, but whatever. I also have the knob on a slight angle, for my hand position when rowing through the cogs.
