At first I thought it was just my lamin-x overlay getting all warped however today I took a close look and discovered there is WATER INSIDE THE FOGLIGHT housing!
I\'ve never hit anything so I have no idea why this could be happening?? Has anyone else had issues with this?

I never bothered changing my fog lights yet, but if I\'m not mistaken I think there is a rubber boot similar to the low beams? Perhaps the boot or the lens itself isn\'t seated correctly allowing some moisture through an open crevice?

Good luck finding out what the problem is...

Take it to your dealership and they will replace it under warranty.

A few guys on M3F had this problem and it was all taken care of under warranty at their dealership.

It happened to me...
I didn\'t actually have a puddle in mine... but I did have condensation. It will be replaced under warrenty as long as there is no evidence of damage to the lense.

There is no *rubber boot sealing the lense like back in the 80\'s..loser..

The entire fog light will be replaced as it is a sealed unit.

lol I\'m sorry for being a loser :sarc.

Anyway good to hear that this issue can be resolved by warrenty

Went by the dealership today and they ordered me the part.

That is fine and dandy but what happens when Im out of my warrranty and this happens again; will I have to PAY for a faulty product? :(

First you have a bee in your tail light and now water in your fog light, what are you doing with your car? :D

The bee was the bodyshops fault after my accident :D LOL

But I just drive it! :(

Mazda Kitten, did you have aftermarket bulbs in the fogs before you took the car in for the warranty replacement?

Take after market bulbs out of the fog light housing
Place oem ones back in
Go to dealership

They will replace the housing without questions (thats if your car is still under warranty)

I've noticed that I'm having this issue now as well, I'm out of warranty now, any fixes?

Warranty or not. It no longer covers condensation in lenses.

Yeah mine seem to be fine in terms of the lens (no cracks) but I guess there's a seal somewhere letting the watter in, has anyone done any silicone sealing on '04 fogs?
