I have used Greg\'s Autoshine in Scarborough for a few of our past cars and have always been happy with the results.

Gregs Autoshine
325 Nantucket Boulevard
(416) 285-4200
Scarborough, Ontario

Edit: depending on the value of the car you are trying to sell and it\'s condition, paying somebody to do the work for you might not be the smartest thing.

I usually take my car to Fine Details. I just had a complete interior detail with shampoo, exterior polish and wax done for $160. Without the wax its $110. I\'ve never had a problem with their work. I specifically take mine to the one in Woodbridge since its the closest to me.
You can look on their website www.finedetails.ca for other shops.

I have to agree with respect to Fine Details. My wife takes her TSX there every spring to get the once over. Great bunch of people there.

160 bucks to clean a car..holy crap...take a few hours on a nice spring day and do it yourself you\'ll be much happier with the results unless you dont know how to use a vac. which i assume you do. everyone has their own way of cleaning their car and i understand some peopel dont like to clean their own car, IMO though, its pretty fun to spend a couple of hours washing, clay baring, polishing, waxing. i do it to my car a few times a year.

I hope nobody has a fit about my comments, its just my opinion.,

I have no problem hand washing my car(s) and cleaning the interiors, but when it comes to clay baring, polishing, waxing, etc. I just don\'t have the time or patience.......I usually leave that up to a pro who will undoubtedly do a much better job then I ever could.

I agree with Psivic. No time to do it myself. Sure I can give the car a nice wash. But all the rest, nope...no time.
And sure as hell can\'t get the interior as clean as they can. A vacum can\'t match what a Steam cleaned / Shampoo\'d interior looks like after the winter.

Well, I figured I\'d try it myself, just to see if it was worth my effort. Personally, I think it wasn\'t particularly hard, and also, it feels good that I did this all by myself. Over the past long weekend, splurged a bit and pick up:

Meguiers Clay Bar w/Detail Spray
Meguiers Deep Crystal Polish
Nanowax
4 microfibre clothes

I did this on the Friday it was raining; fortunately I had a garage I could use, and all I can say is that I wish I had started clay baring last year, cause there are some micoabrasions from that. But meh, after one winter, it\'s still not TOO late.

Here are my results... not bad for a first try, and post winter.

I heard autobhan is very good. I know a couple of guys who take their cars to the other location by dufferin or something. Prices are a bit high but if you look at the cars they service, then you'll know why (ferraris, porsches, bimmers, etc.). They do great work though, I've seen the results with my friends' cars.

Try this place if you are in Markham/ Scarborough

http://www.mrsteamcarwash.ca/

A lot of dealerships in McCowan/7 area take their car there for detailing.

autobahn is the best that've taken our family cars, and for the past couple of years we had a 7 series bmw, jag, acura , and infiniti, I see quite alot of m3's the girl that works there has a white m3 sport. and I find them cheaper than fine details, just what I got in the past, no offense to anyone. and the results compared to fine details, Frank is the owner , really good to deal with. Or you could go to supreme autobath on bathurst, http://www.supremeautobath.com/ a guy named jamie, he's awesome and cheaper than autobahn, too , and he just got a pearl white m3 sport, so trust me he'll take care of you.
