Hi everybody it is me again,
I recently had my alarm installed at lockdown which by the way was an amazing clean install. I drove the car for a bit and suddenly started hearing a clicking noise which i thought was comming from my gas pedal because everytime i would press and release the gas pedal it would click. Thinking it was something needed to be looked at i took it to the dealer because i also had some more things being needed to look at. The agincourt mazda dealer had neglected to help me saying that because i have an aftermarket stereo, HID\'s and an aftermarket alarm they decided to tell me that my warranty was all of a sudden void on all electrical components. They told me that my problem was electrical. I went back to lockdown and told them my situation. Lockdown tried everything they could and i appreciate that. We did not have any luck what so ever. We went browsing through several mazda 3 forums and found 2 different solutions

the first solution solved my problems. The shifter cables high and low had a design flaw and had extensive play causing the clicking noise. We simply tied them together and it worked like a charm. Thanks lockdown
