I remember this being brought up somewheres here, I was just wondering
if anything came of it.

Just wondering \'cause the last service i went to at Westowne,
the new guy (I think it was that Stanley (?) that some ppl don\'t like)
was asking for it. He said we needed one, even though it\'s already
in their system that I\'m entitled to the discount.

we never created a membership card.... there is some debate over it.

The reason why we haven\'t implemented the Membership card yet is because we are trying to find a cost effective way of making it un-copyable (if that is even a word =P)

I thought so.....
either he got our club mixed up with some other one,
or he\'s trying to swindle me out of more money!
(I guess that\'s why ppl don\'t like him)

last time a friend of mine went to westowne to pick up something for me
the guy asked for a membership car, and said that TM3 didn\'t exist, and TOP was all there was!

we will get membership cards going
they dont have to be uncopyable, we just if u go through all the
effort to copy it and print it . . .
fine . . .
enjoy it!!

instead of a minimum of 10 dollar donation!

na mean!!

and we are talking about that stuff here (http://torontomazda3.com/forum/read.php?TID=5876)

I think TOProtege have cards made up.

I was thinking for example what we had at TCC (Toronto Civics Club). First time fee of $30 then a $10 renewal fee each year after.

We had cards with our forum handles and signatures on them.

Yeah that\'s what I felt at Westowne and even their service wasn\'t up to par of what I expect from getting a new car (big purchase)... Also asking alot more than what the actual price is... Also, I want to be able to feel comfortable going to a dealership with any questions or concerns which I didn\'t feel it from that dealership...

Why not print out business cards with logo and some kind of sticker or stamp of some kind or something so it can\'t be copied by someone else... other than us members. Just a thought...

Print something on a hard piece of card board and get it laminated...

i wouldn\'t mind an annual fee of 10 bucks either.

buisness cards with stickers would be good for the first year, while funds are tighter
and then we can go about getting more fancy cards!

i will do leg work on this and see what our options are,
as soon as we have some discussions on a few matters,

or maybe i won\'t but someone who will be the membership officer will!
