No Wesley, you\'re looking for a nice subtle sounding system let\'s say the Mazdaspeed one?

I have an HKS on my sedan...it was real loud when i first got it...but now..maybe its just cuz i got use to it...it isn\'t as loud...it has a nice deep tone...

Flipspeed heard it last week...maybe he\'d be a better judge of it because he hangs around mazdas all day...:D

RedRapter and TheLouch heard it recently as well...maybe they can add a few comments about it...

Your HKS and my HKS is different. Mine is louder then the bolt on one, since mine is custom. But I guess you\'re referring to bolt on one right?

I have the HKS bolt-on. It sounds deeper and slightly quieter than PH\'s custom one, though it\'s still pretty loud. I would\'ve preferred it to be quieter.

Now I’m really confuse , I’ve spend the whole night surfing the net looking for sound clip and picture of Mazda 3 aftermarket exhaust, so far I got a headache. Before I was only choosing between mazdaspeed and HKS, now I was looking at borla and corksport too. AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!! Do not know what I want now.:sarc

I just got a custom test pipe on my car with HKS muffler and custom mid pipe. It sounds pretty loud and FREAKIN amazing. No more drone in the cabin Woot! If youwant I\'ll get a clip or so and let you hear it.

The MS one sounds really nice with a deep tone. The HKS sounds a little more aggressive and a little like racing.

I think the MS one sounds the same throughout every rpm, am i right? But the HKS changes tone at higher rpm.

I haven\'t got the time to take any clips yet. I will try my best to take one ASAP.

Finally got a chance to post up a sound clip. So here you go zoomx3.

This clip is with custom 2.5inch midpipe and HKS hipower muffler and custom testpipe.
