Mazda should upgrade the HMSL to LED - this would be a worthy safety feature - the tails are OK.
Once again, the aftermarket has a great solution found on the \'other\' boards.;)

Agreed. I bought that upgrade that you mentioned through eBay, it\'s a quality piece and only took a little over a week to be shipped from Australia. A couple of TM3 members with some electronics savvy actually made their own.

i think triple 8 is referring to the rear LED tail lights as featured in the 06 models and not the 3rd brake light.. then again it\'s hard to tell.. :zzz

Well, as many of the other members know the above photo is from a european model (fog light on rear)

But to buy the LED tails for the Hatch it will run you about$585.36 taxes included..

The set is $585.36 taxes in, but I\'m currently awaiting word from Mazda to see if I can just order the outer part. Since the hatches already have the clear reverse lenses.

talking about 3rd brake light I think for the sedan the one from australia from ebay is the best.

it has 3 rows, it fills out very nicely. I bought his extra bright version
