if im not mistaken you have to take floss and carefully get it between the car door and the molding and start almost like sawing it up and down. When yo have it far enough back you can gently start pulling it by hand.

alright...but won\'t there be any thing like glue left behind and if so what would you use to get rid of that?

depends how you pull it off, if you do it slowly it will peel off with no glue...

if there is glue left just get some goo gone and a microfiber cloth and rub away...(sounds easy but isnt)

thats what I did:)

You can also try to use a heat gun while your pulling the moulding off. It makes it that much easier to take off; especially the rubber glue that remains behind.

or a hair dryer and slowly peel back

That\'s what I used to remove my moldings. For the excess tape left behind I used Goo Gone.

I used GooGone. Varsol will also work. And before you ask, no it won\'t hurt the paint. Heat guns are tricky, especially if you hold it place for too long.
