Paint Degreasers

Recently, I watched the video from Final Gear of the guy detailing high-end cars for a living. He mentioned that he uses some type of lemony degreaser for the paint. This brings me to beg the question, what do I use for a degreaser? I find the bottom panels of the car gets some severe buildup of dirt and whatnot.

Any ideas?
