Hi,
My wheel nuts are starting to rust really badly, and I just looked closely this morning and it\'s rusting in the centre hub as wheel (where the Mazda emblem is, rust stains all around that insert). Can I take this to any Mazda dealership under warranty or do I need to go to the dealership I bought the car at? I remember reading that the wheel nuts were a problem, but you\'d think they would of fixed the issue by now.

Is this (http://torontomazda3.com/forum/read.php?TID=2460) the problem you\'re experiencing?

No, mine are not that bad. Where the bubbling/chipping is happening in those pics, rust stains are visible there. It\'s crazy though, I\'ve never driven the car in the winter yet, and nuts and hub are rusting...argh

The chrome from the wheel nuts were probably knicked by the air gun the tech used when they removed your rims. Common problem.

As far as going to which dealership, go to the one that you normally get your car serviced.

Cool thanks for the quick replies. I hope it\'s something that simple. The car hasn\'t been in for service yet, only 3k on it, so they must of nicked it at the factory. I\'ll probably call up MofT and book an appt with them to get it resolved. The rusting is really starting to stand out now.
