Eastside and Westside Pre-Meets will be planned for one hour prior to commencing the official meet.

We need to start discussing MOM and with some of us in Ottawa (especially Xenon & Broli) its not going to be easy. Could I ask for those who go to the meet to try and organize a possible meet place and time prior to MOM.

Also we need to work out the food issue, especially considering this will be our biggest turnout for MOM YET!!!!

If you could come up with a checklist for the people going to the July 29th pre-meet.
So we do not miss anything or do a half ass job at it.
Then we will try to get as much settled as possible.
