With the new addition to the family our current house is a litte small so we bought a new house up in stouffville.Prices in Markham are little to high. And now we need to sell our current one. Does anyone know of any good real estate agent\'s? If anyone has sold thier house before any tips?

I had Peter Kwan come already and he gave an estimate, has anyone delt with him?

My father is an agent with Homelife Bayview, but to be honest he focuses a lot more on condo\'s and mostly the 416. I\'ll ask him if he can recommend somebody.

Dan and Bonnie Wan are doing an amazing job selling our house right now. I would recommend them anyday. I can get Dan to give you a call if you want me to.

Not a fan of these two, especially Bonnie. She was not forthright when looking for a house for us - kept pushing certain houses (which we later find out were her own listings). The dual agency $hit is just asking for trouble.

Having said that, they do seem to get around in Richmond Hill/Markham. It\'s just that I would not use them.

We had a family friend help us when we were looking to buy a resale home in Markham, and she was very good. She didn\'t push us to her own listing (we viewed it but didn\'t like it) at all. She was quite knowledgeable about housing prices in the area as well.

Let me know if you want her contact info. FWIW, she\'s fluent in Chinese and English.

A woman by the name of Jila Kat... (don\'t remmber her lastname) sells A LOT of houses in the RH area. I swear, the amount of for sales signs i\'ve seen with her face on it makes me wonder if she\'s giving away the houses for free or she has an amazing selling point ;) ...

Anyway, I\'ll get the name/number later tonight and post it up for you.
