I\'m at work or else I\'d photoshop it for you MK. But what your looking for is yellow healight tints? Isn\'t it illegal to have a tint or color on your headlight/taillight lens?

White or \"amber\" are allowed I\'m pretty sure

Maybe not:

Section 62 of the HTA

Attachment that affects lamps prohibited

(7) No person shall drive upon a highway a motor vehicle if either or both of the lamps that are required on the front of the vehicle by subsections (1), (2) and (3),

(a) are coated or covered with a coloured material; or

(b) have been modified by the attachment to the lamps or the motor vehicle of any device that reduces the effective area of the lenses or the intensity of the beam of the lamps. 2002, c. 18, Sched. P, s. 19 (1).

However, if the bulbs were white or amber than you should OK.

While I agree that it would look nice on your car, I don\'t think it\'s worth the possible \'attention\' you\'d get from them.

You will get a ticket for them MK. I got a ticket for having yellow coated bulbs in my old Civic. Fog lamps are okay.

it looks nice i guess.. BUT just be warned.. the lamin-x (especially the fog ones) do not stay clear for THAT LONG.. they scratch AND burn.. so it would ruin the look of the car from the front..

Yeah and the headlights don\'t get hot like the fogs do. Should last longer on the headlamps.

True, and if you were to get hassled by the cops you could always promise to remove them and have the ticket tossed.

MK as sharp as that seriously looks (better idea than those indicators :p), its so noticable you\'ll get pulled over in no time. For 50$ and possibly a 110$ ticket, its not worth it. Great idea though, props on that!!! :)

Not sure if you guys know, but there ARE such things as yellw HIDs. I\'ve seen them before on Skyline (I think it was a Skyline) and I know someone that has them on his CRV.

ANYWAYS..
People put yellow hids as fog lights as well. And this thread is not about yellow hids.

Moving on.......................

This is what I got from the Project Erase website:

I want to install smoked headlight covers or masks over the headlights

It is illegal to cover your Headlights with any tinted or coloured material or to reduce the effective area of the beam of your headlights.
HTA 62(7) - Drive with headlamp coated / Drive with headlamp covered / Drive with headlamp modified - $85.00/$110.00

So eyebrows are illegal too??

oops sorry to threadjack, I just noticed that line.

Like the mod tho, but I personally wouldn\'t do it for the unwanted attention
you\'d ge.

Our eyebrows are like super small and they dont even cover the projector lense.
I could understand a boser hood however
