I recently bought a DLP projector from Staples.ca. With all the rebate coupons it came out to $429 bucks at the door!

Review:
First off, great deal. Even comes with a 2 year warrenty. Right out of the box I was impressed with the build quality. The quality of the picture is excellent when watching DVD. Since this is not a true HD projector anything that\'s above its native resolution will be down scaled to fit so I don\'t recommend anyone buying this projector for HDTV. However since regular DVD aren\'t HD, they look excellent.

Pros:
- Cheap Cheap Cheap!
- Excellent contrast and bright.
- 4000hrs bulb life.
- Unit is white, it blends in with the ceiling.

Cons:
- Firmware is really old. Download the update and flash it. You\'ll unlock extra features as well.
- Office projectors are too bright, even on \'lamp saving\' mode, you\'ll need to calibrate it so that
it\'ll be watchable at home in a dark room.
- Rainbow artifacts. Some people see them more than others. Some people don\'t see them at all.
- Not true HD even though it accepts inputs all the way to 1080i.
