Hello and welcome to the club talk2ay333,
i would like to say thanks to chuckie for informing you that i did install the leather package in my car. And yes i do have the GX model.

It is alot of work because you have to pull off the cloth seats and reclamp the leather on with hog rings. It took me and a friend about +/- 7 hours to complete.
Since you are also considering leather i would suggest that you also get seat heaters for the front while you are at it seat heater link (http://cgi.ebay.ca/New-Ford-Heated-Seat-Heaters-Pair-OEM-Type-2-Temp_W0QQitemZ8019421657QQihZ019QQcategoryZ33701QQ ssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem)

The guy who reupholstered the interior in my Sunfire did great work. If you're interested, I can try to dig up his number. How much are you looking to spend? I'd expect to pay at least $1500...
