Alright, its about that time again!
Usually it is the last Saturday of the months but that would be September 30th so I am thinking we should try and bump it up a week. How does September 23rd sound?
Lets try and make this an event rather then a day of loitering in a parking lot. Could be BBQ, baseball, soccer, cruise or all of the above...It can be anything!
Lets get some thoughts...

probably still ok!
baseball/bbq would be good!
a cruise would be really nice,
but i want to do a crusie thru the forks of credit when the leaves are changing colour
i think that comes a bit later in the season,
but no reason to not have 2 cruises?
i am still willing to set up that treasure hunt idea, if enough people will come out!?
even though i hate baseball, i will play!

Sept 23 sounds good, assuming none of my profs are gonna tack on major assignments and I don\'t have to work.

There will always be the mini-meets that are around but as far as large official meets go it will be to cold to go into October. By all means this doesn\'t have to be the last one, but weather wise, it is getting colder faster then usual.

there will still be meets
but, no one will be interested in just chillin in a parking lot!
what might be nice
is for
oct, nov, dec (maybe), jan, feb, mar,
to have some sort of official events anyways
oct - is still nice for a cruise, so maybe we do the forks of credit for the changing of the leaves
Nov - ??
dec/jan - official TM3 Holiday Dinner?
lot of people have time off, we can do it far enough from christmas so it is still all good!

Mar -
Apr - back to outside meets!
what do you guys think
just to keep the momentum of this summer going, we had a lot of new members
and it has been good for meets, and events!

Baseball sounds fun but I can watch.

This will be the last Official Meet
the 23rd one the poll, so that should be the date by fairness
we will have Official Events in the winter, but they will not be meets
that i think accomodates everyones wishes over the slew of threads we have had on this topic
The difference between official meets and official events is this
meets - are outside in a parking lot generally, but spent outside!
events - will take place indoors and we will do something (i realize some meets we do something, but they are still primarily meets)
So from what i hear
this will be a bbq meet, likely early afternoon (like normal)
sign up if your gonna come and say what you will bring
it will be pot-luck style
this would be a good event to bring family and friends to,
it is a kid friendly event as well
