Ok its me again, this time I am looking for an experienced service advisor to fill in the desirable position. :) Ok ok, its not that glamourous but I do need that individual with drive, self motivation and of course character! For this demanding position if you or anyone you know is interested please send me a resume! Renumeration based upon experience. Send resumes to me at j_liu@erinmillsmazda.com
Heres a chance for those who want to help me build a better service faculty. I know Erin Mills Mazda does not have the best reputation out there, but we are certainly trying and its not easy. Our service department has grown by leaps and bounds, but I still feel that we are missing that special spark. From what I have read here at this forum, we leave little to be desired. I need that individual who can assist us and take us to that level of customer satisfaction.
Thanks to all who apply, those who qualify will be contacted. If you know of any other local forums and want to help me spread the news. I would appreciate all the help I can get.
Cheers,
Jerry
I fired you off an email (to the email address you wrote above) about a month and a half ago about how Frank was a great help when I was in for service... I know sometimes people don\'t get feedback when they do a great job!
I didn\'t hear back from you. Did you get it? I was the guy you were going to give a loaner car out to about the air bag and engine problems...

Yes I recieved your email, and I replied back - its awesome to hear positive feedback. Stuff like this motivates my staff to perform even better. His performance has improved dramatically - that is why he is now the Assistant service manager.
Thanks for your email.
Cheers,
Jerry

Perfect. I didn\'t hear back and I didn\'t want his \"job well done\" to slip through.

Well done Jerry, it\'s very nice to see dealers who are willing to admit when things haven\'t gone quite the way they should and to take action to better the situation.
