If you are not aware, my 3 was hit about 3 weeks ago. I should be getting my car back today or tomorrow (finally) and want to know what the procedure is if I am not completely satisfied with the work done? I am hoping that the car will look brand new when I get it back. Any thoughts/feedback would be great!
Thanks

3. Com... get the picture?
I don\'t know if you\'re insurance co is paying for this or you are... either way... you are entitled to having the job done right. If you don\'t like the job they\'ve done, talk to them about it. At the very least, they will look into it, if they are a reputable business.
My grandfather used to say: The squeaky wheel gets the grease.
Know what I\'m sayin\' chief? ;)

The bodyshop should have some kind of warranty I know Keele Street does.
i dont know if its a good idea complaining too much. you never know if they did stuff to your car if you complain, try to be nice about it and let them know why you are unhappy

I heard that CARSTAR is really good. My policy requires the shop to use OEM parts.
Had my RAV 4 done there.
I would complain to the isurance company and make sure you take pics of the areas that you are not happy with.
You probably have a lot of other pics to compare them too.

Way to bring back a 6 month old thread BM3.
and thanx for continuing this thread, wingnut. =) im a noob here and i didnt check the dates on the threads as im use to red flag deals or howard forums where there are so many new threads each day that we dont see old threads like these ones here. i went into the body shop and garage reviews and this thread was close to the top so i thought it was new without looking at the date.

It happens, man.
I almost continued the thread until I saw the date. Makes me wonder though since the original poster never said what happened in the end.
