i figured we could use the whoring wisely and come up with a FAQ for the forum (this one.. new TM3.. whatever)

so lets figure out a few things

sections: posting help
netiqette (brief)
BST rules
forum rules
sig rules
avatar rules

just throwin it out in the open..

i started this a whiiiile back but never followed through..
something like this.. and more.. comments?
