When I got in this morning and saw our site down again I was pissed. When chatting with majic I just thought fark it! I’m setting something up to hang out in until the site goes back up. As I was setting this free site up I soon realized I was also doing it through shear frustration at TM3. I understand that there is movement by S.F.W. and others to get a new site with proper software up and running and I applaud that. I never intended this to be or replace TorontoMazda3 but if it can be a bridge to the new site then I’m happy.

I'm sick and tired of what’s gone on our site with all the hacking. If being here temporarily makes TM3 understand our position better and forces him to act then it has served its purpose. I told majic that I prefer to stay in the background. He has the administration rights here and will make changes as he sees fit. Use this site as you guys want.

One of the biggest things I didn't like on the old TM3 was the absentee administrator. Not cool.

Yeah, that's registered to our site. For us to use it we would need permission form TM3 or pay him to use it.

I think putting up a new site would be good in a way since we can get rid of all the inactive members or people that sign up just to sell something. But in another way we lose some of the old members. But as some of you already said, lets hope we can get all the useful facts back from the old one. ;)

Should've come to the AA meet this past Thursday, he was there. He was told about this forum but I haven't seem him post yet (I don't blame him either, he's likely gonna get flamed).

Xenon hasn't meant anything bad, I dont blame him for any of it. Robin still had the control after all. Lawrence was just left with a password that does shit, hell he passed it on to me to fix the stupid hacks as they kept happening. Now that password doesn't help and the provider can only deal with the account holder. Since the hosting account is not directly setup for TM3 but rather his sonicbean website, there is nothing that can be done until hes around.

I have to agree. Blaming Xenon for any of this it is wrong. The issue is with the the true admin. Getting hacked over and over again and doing nothing about it is careless. I don't know what TM3 feels about the site but I've gotten a pretty good indication of it through his inaction as of late.
