Never score if you don't take a shot. I struck out loads of times in university but finally landed my wife :) Plus, confidence (not cockiness) is key.

Only thing im nervous about is that I normally sit in the opposite end of class ( at the same seat everytime) and now all of a suddenly ( after 9 weeks) i sit beside her.... Friends being around can be a benefit...what I always used to do at the bar when there was a hot woman in the group, is go strike up a conversation with the ugly one...you'll have tons of confidence doing that (because you think she's ugly) and get in with the group, then can make the rounds of intro's and eventually trade up to the hottie. Also means that you're "good" with her friends meaning they won't think you're a douche bag ******* and drag her away from you when you finally get one on one. Now obviously it doesn't always work but taking on a group of a dozen girls and having them all eating out of your hand is entertaining.

Oh and one other good hint...walk away long before you wear out your welcome, no matter where/who it is. Never go from zero to hero in one shot...at least wait until the second time chatting to ask them to do something...as you'll have changed from the random stranger first time to the guy they "know" second or third time.

LoL I used to actually be pretty shy, especially in high school and before. Once I hit university though things changed pretty quickly, it's all in your head, once you start doing it it's hard to stop and you wonder why you were so shy to begin with lol

Exerience on one girl doesn't count...do it a couple dozen times lol a basketball player doesn't just shoot once when practicing, he does it dozens of times until he gets it right. Girls with bf's are pretty much a write off and don't waste your time until you know they're single...otherwise you'll end up in friends zone and won't be able to transition easily into anything more.

Nothing weird about noticing shit, just don't obsess over it. No big deal, chances are if she has a bf he wouldn't be in the class anyway...it's safe to wager that anyone in your class is not competition from them in a relationship perspective except they might be trying to pick her up too (so beat them to the punch).

Yes, if you can hit something up in the hall and then go in and sit with her would work. Don't follow her like a lost puppy though, take the lead (don't go to the front though lol) keeping talking while finding a seat and if she follows you're golden. Easiest topic would be something class related as there's no harm in discussing that and then just steer it towards more casual stuff. Do not offer to help her with anything in class (even if she asks).

It means virtually nothing coming from me as its completely hypocritical of me but yessir do it now or forever regret. Think of it this way, if you don't ask her you will regret it once the term is over. If you do and she says no, at least you have an answer and you can move on. alright so.... where to begin?


So i went to class on thursday. was waiting in the halls for the other class to evacuate the class/lecture room. So far there is no sign of her. I wait for like 10 min and then walk inside the class. Still no sign of her. Wait another 15 min in class just standing around( pretending to look for a place to sit)... still no sign. So Im like screw it and sit in my usual spot before the lecture began. about 1/4 way into the lecture... she arrives (late). Even if i sat near where she sat in the last class... I wouldnt have sat beside her as she decided to sit elsewhere. Now I'm like " no biggie, Ill talk to her after class or something" so i sit through the rest of the class. Once the class was dismissed, I packed up my stuff very slowly ( like an old man). Idea here was to catch her as we were both leaving the place at the same time. This would have went great.... except she was still socializing with friends and stuff while I was done. So i talk to a friend in class for a while.... BIG MISTAKE ... didnt realize it ( should have looked back more) but by the time i got out of the convo with my friend.... she hath left the class.




so now I have 2 classes to say something. Heres to hoping she doesnt arrive late next class.... or I dont be stupid like i was this class..

The kid will thank you in the future. Just imagine if you let the little guy run around the driveway while you were getting ready and they got stuck in the massive wheel gap of the gen2 3's! This way, the coils will take care of the wheel gap, and keep the kid safe!

plus going to a speed after really wont make much of a diff on the track time wise, considering the mods ive done and the current build in the works.
increasing my driving skills is my next goal as it seems to make all the difference at the track.

You have to remember the chassis is further stiffened, there's a limited slip diff, better clutch, gearbox ratios are different, suspension is different including springs, struts, sway bars, etc...and then the beautiful engine with a shit ton of power...also a lot more aftermarket parts to mod with. Only downside is it's a bit on the heavy side.

Driver mods ftw though, they work in every car.

Sooo I had a pretty interesting night. Was hanging out with my buddies at a Timmy's while we waited for our other friend. See this guy walk/skip all sketchy past our cars. I saw him crouch down beside a car but didn't pay much attention to it. Maybe 5 minutes later my buddie says "yo, I think that guy just got into that ladies van!" So we all book it outta there, see the van (mazda5) and follow it. (Seemed sketchy but we thought there was a serious issue here.) we followed the vehicle to this house. We drove just up the rd and pulled into some lot and my buddy called the police. 2 cops came at first, then like 5 more cruisers came one by one. Tithe police officer came out the first time and oldl us that there was a gun involved. We flipped cause of all the "what if's." About 30minutes later, maybe more three officers come out and let us know what happened. Nobody answered the front door and the guy tried to go out the back with a pellet gun and almost got shot! We were all just glad it was no big deal and everybody was safe. Damn this is long. TGIF

EDIT: the man was the son of the women driving the van. He was just having a bad day and grabbed his pellet gun that looks like a pistol to blow off some steam in the backyard. Kinda key information haha

And the turbo with 263+ hp. Also would depend on the track, DDT is fairly low speed compared to the grand prix track right? You'd be left for dust on a track where a speed can hit 200+.

Tire direction is correct. Wheels were torqed to 85fy.lbs, will check once I'm home. Wheels were topped up with air but will also check again. Could the wheel spacers cause this for whatever reason? I'm gunna take them off this weekend and see if it helps. Thanks for the help guys!

Double-check those and let us know. Hmm...not sure about the spacers. Are the rims a different bore diameter than your stock summers? Vibrations from lug-centric vs hub-centric shouldn't really happen that easily I don't think, but maybe spacers intensify that effect? Not sure if I'm out for a walk on this one, but that's one thing that comes to my mind.

+1 plus an aggressive winter tread will cause it.

I went from my 17s w Hankook summers to 16s with Hankook 409 and I definitely can't keep a straight line for the life of me. The car wants to move all around and everything is good (alignment and balance, etc).

Can't wait to get back to the summers.
