Weird thing happened though. ABS and e-brake light came on during the trip and didn't go off until I turned off and re-started the car. Kinda messed that the ABS was disabled randmoly while I was driving in the snow.

Same here. Happened last winter after slamming the brakes.

Today, I was on the 401 and doing 60km/h when the lights went on.

I then did a 180. Stupid ABS

i always keep mine down... if you let your windshield heat up before you move them there are no worries. I've always left them down seen some get blown down, and I dont want any damage.

If Leaving them down and you have auto wipers, make sure to put them in manual or off mode for sure or you'll be seeing dentinger. lol

With the arms up, makes it to tempting for the kids that pass through my Go Train station parking lot.

altho my conclusion is that people are just dumb and lazy.

like, if there is snow on my windsheild, and i use my wipers, and they move an inch, and stop, i turn the car off, go outside, brush off the snow, then turn the car back on.
