Last minute changes are caused by people not doing their planning properly (or not enough planning). Sure it's inevitable sometimes, but with proper forecasting, last minute changes can be lessened...

But yeah, I'm pretty much in the same boat.. Sick and tired of people doing last minute changes, and affecting me directly.
