On a serious note for people who had their wisdom teeth removed how long were you in pain after? It's been a week & I'm still in pain with out the pain killers. Might help that I don't use them at work cause I'm driving around & such but I'm hoping the pain goes away before I run out of pain meds :/

I still took Advil for like a week, because it would rid the little bit of pain/soreness but I could still function as a normal being. I went to go eat ribs twice in the first week I had mine out. Cause it was rib fest season, and I was not giving that up.

Mine lasted after couple of days.. when I got 2 wisdom teeth out on my right side I was in pain already just on my way home.. since my parents decided to stop by to eat and do grocery.. couldn't drink the medicine yet.. some last a little longer.. really depends on how fast your body can heal..? lol

Where the hard line meets the flex hose that runs along the rear axle... After 13 years it seized together and I had to drill out and retap the threads to 5/16... Finding a 5/16 fitting with a 3/16 ID was harder than I thought.

4th time doing the hard lines between my Dakota and old corolla in less than a year. Fml.

Took me a good couple weeks...I had it rough though because they didn't give me the anti-inflammatory drugs because I was just getting over a cold. My girlfriend was better within a couple days.

you can say that.... except its a bit more labour in my program( lots of hands on work with tight deadlines that are designed to push your boundaries... sometimes the deadlines are even stricter than the ones in the real world) . But the end result can be as satisfying as taking care of a newborn child .

In 2014 I found myself sick often for some reason and hardly ran.

Let's just say I got plump this past winter (maybe gained about 10 lbs) but I've commited to run again this summer.

I lost a bit of muscle (according to the scale's muscle-fat ratio). And I did gain like 15lb... So it'll take some time to work that off. I am debating between doing pure cardio and then strength training or doing both and just kind of converting fat into muscle. I don't mind the weight, as long as my weight is in lean muscle!

Well, I am 5'10" and 150lb, trying to get to 135-140lb. 1500 does work for me~ 250cal and then about 600cal meals (like a 6" sub) for lunch and dinner. Maybe do 500cal with snacks like boiled egg (70cal) inbetween.

Notice lack of pizza, beer, chocolates, etc in there!! It is a lot more difficult for me psychologically, than it is physically!

When I was into the gym life I used to do 2,500 cal/day of clean eating. I put on good muscle and very little fat along with it.
I was 5'6 at 150lbs-155lbs with 13% body fat.
Now I am 140lb at an embarrassing fat %

gym life.. pfft.. I haven't gone to the gym in a while.. :(
I've gain a lot of body fat.. too embarrassing to say but I am definitely overweight for my age..(no need to find out)
but I weigh around 230lb... :facepalm good to use the fat to build as muscles though.. just the motivation is hard part.

new gym opened up near my house though called Planet Fitness.. $10/month deal with very limited access..
