Every manufacturer has their fan boys. There's no winning between the truck debate & no one ever gives in to agree with anyone else.
Ftr I am a ford fanboy and loooooove them the most. Brother showed up at my house a month or so ago with a brand new f150 :( I'd love one but not practical for me yet plus still to much for gas :P

Chevy: fuel pumps, axle seals, tranny cooler lines, ball joints/tie rods, but they hold up okay.
Ford: as stated above, 4wd vacuum hubs, ball joints (mostly the uppers), power steering lines
Dodge: front ends (ball joints, bearings, tie rods).
All domestic trucks are crap, people just favour one brand over another.

My ex's dad had a 2000 F-150 with the 4.2 v6. 550k on it when he traded it in for his 2013 F-150. Thing was beat to shit and rusted damn good (if you opened the tail gate it would fall off damn near) but the engine was solid even when he got rid of it. Personally if I bought a truck it would have to be an 08 ram 2500 cummins 4x4. I can't buy a vehicle unless it's standard and unfortunately trucks for the most part don't come in standard. Plus Id like to roll coal too lol. But I've considered a Ranger. They come 5spd 4x4 and the 3.0 and 4.0 aren't that terrible on gas from what I've heard. Now that I'm contemplating buying a new vehicle I keep looking for standard vehicles that would suit my life. And then figure out what to do with the Mazda.

Go onto 519TRUCKS. You see it happen all the time. Truthfully I would love a truck. I just don't have a really big need for one.

Do you ever miss your Mazda. She looked so awesome. Your car was another reason I started actually modding mine after all the bullshit before with almost selling it. I'm now to the point where I don't wanna get rid of it and am considering modding the Mazda into a summer car. Plus I have a garage to store it in the winter lol.
Sorry I'm spamming. I'm just bored and kinda excited for the next few months.

It was simple. Slammed rims exhaust stereo done lol. That GTI looked so awesome. The yellow made it look they much better. I'm kinda surprised you didn't get a diesel truck though.

Had a frustrating evening.. Was driving home when listening to my tunes and all of a sudden my radio/ radio display/dome lights went out.. Along with the trip computer resetting every time the car was started.
2 hours of messing with the PJB (reseating all the connectors...looking for loose wires...)... Nothing...
Then just as I was gonna call it a day I discover the magical fuse under the hood called the "room fuse"
Pulled it out.. Sure enough the connector was bent (fuse is fine) and a bit dusty.. Unbent fuse and plugged it back in... And holy shit it worked...
Will replace the fuse sometime this weekend just to be safe

Stupid god damn fuse. Literally shuts off half the car. Power locks won't work stereo won't work gauges don't work either. Turn on the car and the gauges go up and down. It's such a stupid little fuse for so many different things.

GTI was a cop magnet, but I was also always ripping around in it. Then again, the ducati is louder, and faster and no problems yet.
Diesels are expensive. Easy $60k for a base model. I have no real issues with my gasser

Did you know that now these cars are recommended to take 0W20 full synthetic. Toyotas and Honda are now recommending it and it's pissing people off lol. But in general your right. They are solidly built cars.

Truck is a 5.7. You don't buy a truck without getting the biggest engine. I've only ever seen two v6 fourth Gen rams roll into the shop.
Yeah, I miss driving stick, but the motorcycle makes up for it.

I am the opposite. Id rather a ford any day. There is just so much shit in a VW it's insane. Although changing a deck is literally a 5 second job lol. On some of them anyway.
And ahh ya went for the hemi did ya? You got the outdoorsman didn't ya or whatever it is. They are one of the best engines built for those trucks aside from the cummins. Only reason Id ever find a V6 ram is because they are standard. I thought the 4.7 was a small 8 though.
And I guess so. Id love a motorcycle but id kill myself. Imagine driving back and forth from Guelph to Burlington in a crotch rocket. Take you 15 mins and you'd one day lose your license lol.

Nope thank god for downtime. Although concrete floors all day aren't good for my feet and legs. My body feels rough as hell. But the money will be nice.

It wasn't drama I was more self esteem issues. I don't generally have any. If you've met me before I'm one of those people who say what is on my mind and am not shy about it. She was the complete opposite and major trust issues. In the end it sucks but meh I'll survive lol.

TGIF not a bad start to the weekend. Boss had somewhere to go so he let the entire office leave 1.5 hours early.
Then I drove home for 2h and 30 min... Tried taking some sketchy detours because the 400 was effed... Ended up driving on one of those sketchy roads that's got big batches of dirt/gravel all over... My soul hurt so bad.

Long day of touring around with a friend to get a few car things done for them.
They don't drive on the highway so it takes a tad bit longer to get around.

Tomorrow is safe in sound at sound academy with is the intense bass djs & is crazy loud, fun and awesome lol
Not much for the weekend tho till Monday when these local djs Dvbbs have their mini festival "mount woozy" they set up since they couldn't perform at veld & it's gonna be mostly great lol. Then back to work that night tho so that's gonna suck xD

Aww, these women are just excited! And have all these things they have been dreaming about for years. Think about it like a car you have been dying to get and you finally have it and now want to do a bunch of mods.
Some women like/want big weddings, others not so much. To each their own, but come on, if you're marrying her, I'm sure you can deal with a bit of wedding shtuff :P It's like a test of patience before the real stuff hits lol.

I'd say it's 95% done. Church booked. Hall booked. Photography booked. Video booked. Entertainment booked. Just missing the sexy suits and dress, and the decor I guess. I'd I need to speak to my fiancee and see what's really missing.

If you think its 95% planned it's probably only like 70% planned at best lol.
But looks like you have all the big stuff down. So congrats because that's means less of a stressed bride!
