That's why I changed the suspension back to stock. I rode in the back a couple of times when the SUV needed minor repairs and it was terrible. Stock is comfortable for everyone.

Yes. Well in my defence. While in Mexico. We had gone on an excursion. The conversation of spicy food came up and I told him I could easily eat a jalapeño. Then, he tells me he feeds those to this 5 year old. Then I shut up........

It's a 3.2L turbodiesel engine which is pretty cool. Pretty much all the trucks down here are turbodiesel so not really sure why we can't see these models in Canada...maybe not competitive and worth it to go up against the American big trucks

I would love one of those but the chicken tax does not allow it still (remembered from an RCR video - Nissan Hardbody).

First one I had : 10 bitter years IPA

I hate it. It is the bitter melon of beers. No flavour, just horrible bitter.

The ones I saw online had more sauce on it. I guess everyone makes it differently or this is the second time you're having this particular one and the sauce has dried out but becomes more flavourful.
"Pepperpot is Guyana's national dish and one that was made popular by the indigenous people known as the Amerindians. It is believed that the Amerindians concocted this dish as a means to preserve their meats since they did not have refrigeration. The meat needs to be lean and is therefore steamed to remove all fat. The stew itself is flavored with cinnamon, orange peel, clove, brown sugar, hot pepper, and the main ingredient- cassava casareep. The casareep is what Allows for the meat to be preserved for weeks."

Regular home meal would consist of grilled chicken breast, steamed broccoli and carrots, and lots of water

Lunches would be left overs or Wendy salads, or omelettes from local diner.

There's a lot of info on-line - check out South Beach diet. Hardest part is the first 2 weeks (Phase 1). It's like cutting out taste and flavour cold turkey.

In other news, apparently driving a Lexus instantly makes you an *******. Some woman pulled out very aggressively from her driveway right in front of me (imagine pulling away from a stop sign but coming out of a driveway at that speed), I honked lightly in a "hey did you not notice?" sort of way since I had to brake a bit to slow down for her...at the stop sign just down the road, she got out of her car and yelled at me that the speed limit is 40km/h (it's actually 50km/h on that section) and to stop speeding...I was doing all of 30km/h (if that, it was a slippery downhill road) and just taking it easy, nothing rude at all. I've never had someone actually stop their vehicle and get out and yell at me, ever, even when driving aggressively in the MS3. I can only attribute the reaction to the fact that I was driving this sort of vehicle now, wasn't really expecting that.

Those actually come in very handy

With a family of 4 - There are a lot of times I wish I had more passenger space. Especially when my oldest wants to bring a friend along for a ride.

2x Car seats / booster seats take up the whole back bench.

Plus when that third row is not in use - it makes a great storage space for hauling supplies

Guess you're right if there are 4 in the family. I find with one kid we never use the additional seats so that area is for race car parts or groceries. ;)

I didn't post this when it happened but I figure I would share this here. So as you all know I got rid of the Mazda and bought an 09 Forester. Well last Saturday I was on my way to the alumni game at the BMO stadium. So driving down lakeshore in the inside lane and a 04-06 Mazda3 Hatch decides to slam on his brakes and stop at BC drive trying to cut into the front of the turning lane which about 6 cars were in. I managed to stop in time however the car behind me had no chance slammed on his brakes and went right into my car. I'm in shock and braced because I saw it happen, the guy in front of me sees what happened from his Rearview mirror and takes off knowing he just caused that and I honked at him repeatedly. I get out of my car to see the damage and look at the other car and of course it's a Mazda3. 06 Mazda3 GS sedan carbon grey. I couldn't believe it. Buddy was ok but his 3 wasn't.

Subaru will need a bumper, some tailgate work, exhaust work and the spare tire rack needs to be pushed back out but It still drives fine. The Mazda is toast. He hit me hard enough that his mazda emblem is one with his rad.

I made it to the game. Unfortunately he didn't.

Glad you weren't hurt. Some drivers just don't belong on the road. What was that driver trying to prove. I'm actually impressed that your subie was able to stop so quickly being an SUV. Surprised that the Mazda couldn't stop in time.
I guess based on the rules of the road, the person behind you could be at fault because he hit you from behind. Not sure though.

AWD and brand new brakes with 4K on them help. And paying attention to what's in front of me helps too. My buddy didn't think I was gonna stop in time lol. It stops pretty damn good. Maybe the sub helps to weigh the back end down lol I'm not sure. I don't think the guy in the Mazda was fully paying attention. And yea as far as this all goes it was his fault because he rear ended me and the other guy drove away. I have accident forgiveness anyway so that's good. And everyone was ok too which is good. I braced for it because I knew it was gonna happen and ended up being the most sort because of it.

Researching dash cams to put in my pickup. Looks like the best 2channel video is the thinkware f770, is it worth the cost does anyone have this? Also my back window is factory tinted so should I be looking at 1channel cams anyways cause the tint will pretty much ruin the video quality. If that's the case then what is th best single cam, specifically for night driving.
